Job description

The Kenan-Flagler Business School at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill is seeking tenure-track positions in the Strategy & Entrepreneurship academic area with an anticipated start date of July 1, 2027.

Successful candidates will be productive researchers and creative, effective teachers across the undergraduate, MBA, PhD, and executive development programs. They will conduct research and teach in areas of strategy and/or entrepreneurship.

Requirements
  • PhD (or foreign equivalent) granted, or nearly completed, in Strategy and/or Entrepreneurship or a related field.
  • Initial appointment as Assistant Professor (completed PhD) or Instructor (nearly completed PhD).
  • Strong research skills with an expectation to publish in top-tier academic journals.
