Job Description

·         Lead all design, sustaining, and testing functions with full accountability for technical execution, team performance, and engineering-driven business results

·         Serve as both a builder and operator, driving improvements to current execution while establishing a scalable engineering organization

·         Support high-rate production programs and recurring revenue growth initiatives

·         Manage a team of 5 direct reports overseeing design, sustaining engineering, and proposal work

·         Allocate approximately 50% of efforts to Design-to-Spec proposals, 25% to sustaining engineering, and 25% to electronic design activities

Key Requirements 

·                     BS in Engineering (required), with a strong background in product design involving motors, dampers, or actuators

·                     Proven experience within Aerospace, Defense, or Space industries; Oil & Gas backgrounds will also be considered
