Are you passionate about making a meaningful difference in your community? Therapeutic Application Practice is seeking bilingual (Spanish/English) Mobile Crisis Counselors to provide timely, on-site behavioral health intervention and stabilization services to individuals experiencing mental health crises. This position requires fluency in both Spanish and English to effectively serve diverse and underserved populations.
Key Responsibilities
  • Respond promptly to mobile crisis calls and provide in-person crisis intervention and stabilization
  • Conduct risk assessments and develop short-term safety and treatment plans
  • Deliver culturally and linguistically appropriate services in Spanish and English
  • Collaborate with law enforcement, hospitals, emergency responders, and community partners
  • Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential documentation in compliance with state regulations and agency standards

Qualifications
  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Human Services, Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field
  • Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) status required
  • Current Mobile Crisis Response (MCR) Training Certificate required
  • Experience working with individuals in crisis or behavioral health settings preferred
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and de-escalation skills
  • Valid drivers license and reliable transportation required
  • Fluency in Spanish and English required (verbal and written)
