Position Overview:
The audiologist in the outpatient ENT setting will conduct comprehensive audiological evaluations in both adult and pediatric patients. The audiologist will serve as an advocate for patients' hearing healthcare needs within the healthcare system, offering support and resources, while maintaining professionalism and fostering positive relationships with patients and staff.
Position Highlights:

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct comprehensive audiological evaluations including pure-tone audiometry, speech audiometry, immittance testing (tympanometry and acoustic reflex testing), and otoacoustic emissions (OAE) testing.
• Evaluate patients with tinnitus complaints, offer counseling and management strategies, and collaborate with other healthcare professionals as needed.
• Conduct pediatric hearing evaluations, including conditioned play audiometry (CPA).
• Work closely with otolaryngologists and other healthcare providers to ensure coordinated care for patients.
• Assess patients' hearing aid candidacy, select appropriate hearing aid technology based on patient needs and preferences, and provide hearing aid fittings and follow-up care.
• Adhere to clinical protocols, quality assurance measures, and regulatory requirements to ensure the highest standards of patient care and safety.
• Advocate for patients' hearing healthcare needs within the healthcare system and provide support and resources to help patients navigate their hearing healthcare journey.
• Maintains professionalism when interacting with the public and fosters positive relationships with center personnel and staff physicians.

• Requires AuD or Masters degree in Audiology with continuous active certificate.
• Proficient in typing and computer skills; adept at operating audiology equipment.
