  • Develop and adapt communication tools and content for different audiences, including employees, leaders, corporate clients, and external partners.
  • Collaborate with Public Relations and other internal partners to ensure consistency across internal and external messaging and support the company's reputation.
  • Measure communication effectiveness and refine strategies to maximize clarity, consistency, and impact in a fragmented and international environment.

  • Ensure communication initiatives contribute to operational efficiency and business performance.

  • 10+ years of experience in communications within a large organization, with a track record of delivering concrete communication initiatives in both internal and external contexts.
  • Experience supporting operational environments and working with business teams to develop practical, ready-to-use communication tools and plans.
  • Experience in multi-site, multi-time-zone environments, with the ability to manage shifting priorities and move work forward with speed and discipline.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, including experience working with senior leaders, clients, and cross-functional partners.
  • Knowledge of the logistics or e-commerce sector.

  • Proven experience in strategic communications, with a strong ability to move from planning to execution and deliver in fast-moving environments.
  • Action-driven mindset, with the ability to turn operational and network priorities into concrete, useful, and timely communication tools and initiatives.
  • Strong ability to translate complex realities into clear, credible, and actionable communication for different audiences.
  • Excellent writing, simplification, and storytelling skills.
  • Collaborative leadership and ability to influence diverse stakeholders while staying close to the work and execution.
  • Position based in Montreal, Quebec, with occasional travel to stations; flexible schedule during operational events (ramp-up/peak periods, openings).
