Apply here: https://cintel.bamboohr.com/careers/453?source=aWQ9NTE%3D We are seeking a Junior Scrum Master to support Agile product teams in delivering high-quality solutions through the disciplined application of Scrum and Agile methodologies. This role will work closely with cross-functional teams and government stakeholders to guide teams through the Agile lifecycle, promote collaboration, and drive continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities: Support the execution of Scrum methodologies throughout the product development lifecycle.
Guide Agile teams in adhering to Agile principles and team agreements.
Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies.
Identify and help remove team impediments to ensure steady progress toward team goals.
Promote Agile quality practices and a culture of accountability and transparency.
Foster the development of a high-performing, collaborative, and self-organizing team.
Coordinate with other Scrum Masters and teams to manage dependencies and maintain alignment across programs.
Assist with ROM (Rough Order of Magnitude) estimates and level-of-effort planning activities.
Provide actionable feedback to team members and suggest process improvements.
Act as a knowledgeable resource for Agile frameworks and tools, supporting team members as needed.
Lead and encourage open and innovative Agile sessions including team scrums, sprint planning, and user demos.
Support government stakeholders by advising on incremental improvements and process optimizations.
Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Computer Science, Business, Information Technology).
Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in an Agile or Scrum environment.
Active Top Secret clearance is required.
Working knowledge of Agile principles, practices, and frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe.
Strong communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills.
Experience using Agile tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar.
Preferred Qualifications: Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM I, SAFe, etc.).
Experience working with government or DoD programs.
Exposure to DevSecOps or CI/CD pipelines.
