Job Summary
Troy University seeks adjunct faculty members to teach online classes in our Game Design and Development minor. These classes may include History of Game Design, History Through Games, Game Development, Special Topics in Game Design and Development, and the Game Design and Development capstone class. The preferred applicant will have experience in tabletop game design and development, including role-playing, board, and/or card games.
Adjunct faculty members are employed to provide specific courses on an as-needed basis. Contracts for adjunct faculty members are issued on a term or semester basis. Adjunct instructors hold the responsibility for the management of courses taught. They are expected to be available for a reasonable amount of time for each course taught to counsel students regarding course work.
