Beyond technical services, the team focuses on creating a relaxing experience where clients can step away from daily stress. The salon emphasizes community, inclusivity, and a nurturing environment where all clients feel welcome and supported. This commitment to service and connection shapes both the guest experience and the workplace culture.
Role Description: The Master Stylist is a full-time role based in Alpharetta, GA. Day-to-day responsibilities include providing advanced haircuts, extensions, color services, natural styling, and treatments, while consulting with clients to understand their hair goals and recommending appropriate services and products. The Master Stylist will maintain a clean, organized workstation, adhere to safety and sanitation standards, and foster a welcoming, inclusive atmosphere for all clients. Qualifications
- Valid Georgia cosmetology license and several years of experience as a professional stylist

- Excellent communication skills, with a focus on inclusivity, professionalism, and customer service.
