We are seeking a skilled Master Service Technician to join our team and help uphold our reputation for excellence. Job Details Salary: $70,000 to $180,000 per year Job Type: Full Time Location: Chicopee, MA 01020 Responsibilities Diagnose vehicle issues accurately using experience, analysis, and testing procedures. Maintain the highest level of technical training and certification. Perform pre-delivery inspections and ensure vehicles are clean during service or repair. Complete all necessary documentation in compliance with company and regulatory standards. Support shop efficiency by maintaining a clean and safe work environment, including performing inventory and general shop duties. Adhere to all safety, environmental, and shop policies and procedures. Participate in staff meetings, trainings, and continuing education classes. Perform additional duties as assigned to support team success. Work Hours This is a full-time position requiring a reliable and strong work ethic in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Job Requirement:Requirements Master Certification with experience in dealer-level or large facility service operations. Extensive knowledge of automotive mechanical and electrical systems.
