Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Project / Program Manager IT 4 (Scrum Master / Agile) to lead and support enterprise transformation initiatives within a dynamic IT environment. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Agile project delivery, Scrum leadership, stakeholder management, and cross-functional program execution. This role requires close collaboration with both IT and business teams to drive successful project outcomes, governance, and continuous delivery excellence.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and facilitate Agile/Scrum project execution across multiple teams.
Coordinate planning, execution, and communication of project activities and deliverables.
Facilitate Agile ceremonies including:
Sprint Planning
Daily Standups
Sprint Reviews
Retrospectives
Ensure adherence to Scrum frameworks and Agile best practices.
Drive collaboration between IT teams, business stakeholders, and leadership.
Develop and maintain:
Project charters
Project plans
Budgets
Status reports
Governance documentation
Manage risks, dependencies, and project timelines.
Support organizational change management initiatives.
Provide operational leadership for transformation programs and strategic initiatives.
Communicate project updates and business outcomes to stakeholders and sponsors.
