Description:

Makwa Global is seeking qualified Master Resilience Trainer (MRT) Instructors / Facilitators II to support resilience training programs for U.S. Army personnel at Fort McCoy, WI. This position is contingent upon Makwa Global receiving contract award and is subject to successful background screening and Government approval.

Selected candidates will deliver MRT instruction, support course development, and conduct training assessments in accordance with Army resilience doctrine and approved curricula.

Key Responsibilities

· Deliver Master Resilience Trainer (MRT) instruction in classroom and facilitated learning environments

· Support course preparation, lesson planning, and curriculum updates

· Conduct training assessments and contribute to continuous improvement of instruction

· Coordinate with Government representatives to ensure training objectives are met

· Maintain professional instructional standards and documentation

Requirements:
  • Current Master Resilience Trainer (MRT) certification (Army MRT)
  • Demonstrated experience instructing or facilitating resilience, performance psychology, or behavioral health-related training
  • Experience working with military units, DoD organizations, or comparable Government environments
  • Strong facilitation, communication, and classroom management skills
  • Ability to pass background checks and obtain installation access credentials

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience as an MRT Instructor / Facilitator supporting Army or National Guard programs
  • Experience delivering adult learning–based instruction in structured training environments
  • Familiarity with training development, assessment, and evaluation processes
