• Conduct thorough intake assessments to gather relevant information about prospective clients’ emotional and psychological states, financial considerations, and treatment needs.
• Develop, implement, and adjust individualized treatment plans that address the unique challenges faced by each client, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities.
• Facilitate therapy sessions using talk therapy techniques and introduce adaptive behavioral strategies that equip clients with the tools they need for sustainable self-improvement.
• Promote self-reflection and effective coping strategies through constructive dialogue, guiding clients in understanding their experiences and developing supportive relationships.
• Regularly assess and document client progress, adapting treatment interventions based on ongoing feedback and observations to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Engage in collaborative consultations with colleagues, sharing insights and strategies to enhance the overall effectiveness of client care.

We serve a diverse range of clients, including individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health challenges. • A Master’s degree in counseling or a related field is required.
• Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Virginia.

This rewarding position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 90,000, complemented by a sign-on bonus.
