All applicants are expected to meet the California State Community College Minimum Qualifications for Public Health instructors. Meeting the minimum qualifications does not guarantee employment or an interview

Qualifications MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Master's in health science, health education, biology, nursing, physical education, kinesiology, exercise science, dietetics, nutrition or public health; OR Bachelor's in any of the above AND Master's in any biological science; OR The equivalent; AND Demonstrated evidence of sensitivity to and understanding of the diverse academic, socioeconomic, cultural, disability, gender identity, sexual orientation, and ethnic backgrounds in a community college environment. MEETING MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS DOES NOT ASSURE THE CANDIDATE OF AN INTERVIEW.
