[About the Role]
Join a high-impact team as a Master Planner at our Palmdale, CA location. In this pivotal role, you will drive program planning and scheduling for complex, multi-location initiatives supporting key mission requirements. This is not a maintenance scheduler position; instead, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop integrated master schedules, proactively manage program timelines, and influence program outcomes. This position offers the opportunity to expand your expertise in Earned Value Management, critical path methodology, and advanced scheduling tools while working on cutting-edge projects.
[Responsibilities]
- Develop, update, and maintain Program Integrated Master Schedules supporting multiple simultaneous projects.
- Collaborate with technical, engineering, procurement, contracts, and production teams to ensure schedule alignment and cross-functional coordination.
- Analyze schedule network logic using Critical Path Methodology to identify potential risks, opportunities, and schedule impacts.
- Support proposal schedule development, Statement of Work (SOW), and Basis of Estimate (BOE) preparation.
- Advise program management on contractual impacts, critical events, and factors affecting cost and delivery.
- Prepare and deliver status reports, schedule metrics, and executive-level presentations.
- Continuously enhance scheduling processes and tools to drive program performance.
- Take ownership as a self-starter, contributing to additional program planning initiatives as required.
[Required Skills and Experience]
- Minimum 15 years of hands-on experience in master planning, scheduling, or related program planning roles.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
- Demonstrated experience with cost and/or schedule management.
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams, projects, or programs.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with experience delivering presentations to leadership and stakeholders.

- Working knowledge of Deltek Open Plan Scheduling Tool.
