Major Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain supply plans to support demand forecasts, inventory targets, and customer service objectives across multiple manufacturing facilities.
• Lead supply planning activities for assigned product lines and manufacturing locations, ensuring alignment between demand, production capacity, inventory, and material availability.
• Facilitate supply review meetings as part of the Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning (SIOP) process and communicate supply risks, constraints, and mitigation plans to key stakeholders.
• Translate demand forecasts into executable supply plans and coordinate production requirements with manufacturing, materials, procurement, and sales teams.
• Manage planning parameters and planning data within SAP to ensure accuracy and effective execution of Material Requirements Planning (MRP) processes.
• Analyze inventory levels, production schedules, capacity utilization, and supply chain performance to identify opportunities for improvement and drive operational efficiencies.
• Coordinate planning activities across multiple manufacturing facilities including Berlin, Beaver Dam, Allmand, and Enercon.
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics to support planning decisions, supply chain visibility, and operational performance.
• Monitor planning KPIs and identify root causes of performance gaps while implementing corrective actions and process improvements.
• Partner with Sales, Manufacturing, Procurement, Materials Management, and Operations teams to align supply plans with business objectives.
• Support new product introductions, business growth initiatives, and continuous improvement projects across the supply chain organization.
• Document planning assumptions, supply risks, mitigation plans, and key decisions while effectively communicating updates to stakeholders.
