As a Telehealth provider, you will utilize various digital tools and platforms to facilitate patient interactions, therapeutic sessions, and collaborative team discussions. • Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ mental health and addiction-related challenges to develop tailored treatment plans.
• Provide ongoing counseling sessions utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques, ensuring documentation meets established regulatory standards.
• Work alongside a multidisciplinary team to create and implement crisis interventions, behavioral guidelines, and medication management plans.
• Maintain client confidentiality and data integrity through diligent record-keeping and utilization of secure telehealth systems.
• Participate actively in the continuous improvement of clinical practices by engaging in licensing and accreditation processes.
• Facilitate effective communication with local, state, and federal agencies to advocate for clients and enrich service offerings.
