This role is remote, allowing you the flexibility to work from your own space while engaging with clients through our secure telehealth platform. Your day-to-day tasks will include:

• Conducting thorough assessments and screenings to evaluate clients' histories concerning substance abuse and mental health, utilizing standardized tools and diagnostic criteria.
• Developing and implementing personalized treatment plans that address both immediate addiction concerns and underlying mental health issues, leveraging data-driven approaches.
• Facilitating engaging individual and group therapy sessions using proven evidence-based techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing to inspire client change.
• Working closely with your treatment team to ensure continuous, integrated care for clients, participating actively in team meetings and case discussions.
• Educating and involving clients’ families in recovery processes, providing resources and guidance to support their loved ones’ journeys.
• Maintaining meticulous records of client progress and treatment interventions in compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational standards.

Our clients consist mainly of individuals struggling with substance use disorders, alongside co-occurring mental health challenges. These may include anxiety, depression, trauma, and other related conditions. As a clinician, your role is crucial in helping these clients navigate their complex emotional and psychological landscapes while fostering recovery and resilience.

The following qualifications are required for this position:

• A valid state license as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT.
• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related discipline.
• Exceptional counseling skills with a strong focus on motivational techniques and client engagement.
• A deep understanding of substance abuse issues and the ability to apply evidence-based practices tailored to co-occurring disorders.
• Exemplary communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team.

We prefer candidates with specialized training or experience in addiction counseling. Familiarity with telehealth best practices and previous work in remote settings will be advantageous.
