• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate the intensity, frequency, and duration of mood disorder symptoms to tailor effective interventions for clients.
• Develop and implement customized treatment plans that align with clients' individual needs, goals, and preferences, utilizing evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
• Provide psychoeducation and therapeutic support to clients and their families regarding mood disorders, treatment options, and self-care strategies, empowering them with the knowledge to manage their conditions effectively.
• Regularly monitor and document client progress towards therapeutic goals, adjusting treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists and other healthcare providers to facilitate integrated care solutions for clients, emphasizing a holistic approach to mental health.
• Stay current with research and advancements in the field of mood disorders to continually enhance treatment methodologies and provide the best possible outcomes for clients.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential documentation in accordance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring compliance within the mental health field.

• A current and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required.
