Job description

Physical Therapist - full-time, part-time, and per diem at Southeast Rehab in North Easton!

Southeast Rehabilitation & Skilled Care Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our dynamic care team! As a Physical Therapist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the overall success of our organization. Up to $55 an hour with weekly pay. Up to a $5,000 sign-on bonus available.*

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide patient/resident assessment, care planning, direct treatment, and consultation to a general rehab caseload

  • Participate in the clinical team process

  • Teach and train caregiver staff

  • Supervise other therapists, assistants, aides, and students as required

  • Develop and implement individualized care plans

  • Monitor patient/resident progress and adjust treatment plans as needed

  • Document activities according to the company's clinical documentation system on a timely basis

Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Science Degree, Master of Science, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy

  • Appropriate licensing requirements by individual states must be maintained

  • Two (2) years of clinical experience preferred

  • Ability to function effectively in multi-faceted systems and interact effectively with all levels of staff and customers

  • Strong oral and written communication skills

  • Strong organizational and analytical skills

  • Ability to perform documentation needs, manipulations of equipment, and direct patient care
