Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: The BIM/CAD Designer is responsible for accurately preparing, revising, and maintaining detailed drawings and models using computer-aided design (CAD) software for various structural and building projects. This position is responsible for adhering to company CAD standards and ensuring the timely and high-quality delivery of materials that meet client and project requirements.
Key tasks include:
Developing detailed 2D and 3D drawings and models based on design specifications and markups.
  1. Ensuring accuracy and adherence to company/client standards, codes, and project requirements.
  2. Assisting with the setup and maintenance of CAD files, templates, and standards.
Coordinating with project managers and engineers to ensure delivery is on schedule and on budget.
  1. Performing redline revisions and document updates.
  2. Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to integrate design date across platforms.
Corporate and Department Planning
