As a Master Model Builder, you'll bring the LEGO experience to life through high-energy guest interactions, interactive build experiences, creative storytelling, and unforgettable moments for guests of all ages.

This is more than building with LEGO bricks-it's part performer, part host, part mentor, and part creator. You'll lead experiences, energize crowds, teach building techniques, and inspire imagination every day.

 As a Master Model Builder, you're not just building with LEGO-you're hosting unforgettable experiences, leading high-energy interactions, and inspiring guests of all ages to play, create, and imagine.Qualifications & Experience

What You'll Do:

  • Host high-energy guest experiences and interactive LEGO build sessions
  • Create exciting LEGO models and inspire guests to build, imagine, and create
  • Engage guests of all ages through storytelling, demonstrations, games, and hands-on experiences
  • Bring energy to the floor-think birthday host, camp counselor, children's entertainer, educator, or event host
  • Represent the attraction during events, social content, community appearances, and media opportunities
  • Connect with everyone-from toddlers and families to adult LEGO fans
  • Mentor and support Assistant Master Model Builders and help inspire team success
  • Help create a welcoming, playful, and inclusive environment where every guest feels engaged

What We're Looking For:

  • A naturally outgoing, energetic personality who enjoys engaging with people
  • Confidence speaking to groups, hosting experiences, teaching, presenting, or entertaining
  • Experience working with children, families, camps, schools, birthday parties, events, theatre, retail, hospitality, guest experience, or entertainment is a plus
  • Passion for LEGO, creativity, hands-on building, and imaginative play
  • Comfortable leading classes, demonstrations, or interactive experiences
  • Positive, collaborative attitude and willingness to support the team
  • Ability to mentor, motivate, and encourage Assistant Master Model Builders
