This position will be onsite, primarily within our home care setting. As a Nurse Practitioner, you will engage directly with patients in their homes, providing comfortable and personalized care. • Conduct thorough physical examinations and meticulously document patient medical histories, ensuring all relevant information is captured for comprehensive evaluation.
• Diagnose and treat a range of acute and chronic illnesses, using evidence-based practices to inform your clinical decisions.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, considering the unique circumstances and conditions of each patient.
• Order, interpret, and explain diagnostic tests to patients, outlining the implications of results to ensure understanding.
• Provide education on disease prevention, pain management strategies, and lifestyle adjustments, empowering patients to take control of their health.
• Collaborate with physicians and various healthcare professionals, fostering an integrated approach to care that optimizes patient health and wellbeing.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and best practices.

Our primary focus is individuals battling chronic pain and related conditions, necessitating a sensitive and tailored approach to treatment. • A Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing along with a current Registered Nurse Licensure is required to practice as a Nurse Practitioner.
• A Master’s Degree in Nurse Practitioner studies is preferred, providing the advanced training necessary for this specialized role.
• Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) is mandatory.
• Strong interpersonal and clinical skills are essential to perform effectively in a collaborative environment.
• The ability to work autonomously and respond effectively in a fast-paced setting is crucial for success in this role.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in pain management or conducting physical examinations is preferred, giving you the expertise needed to handle complex patient cases confidently.
• Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems will be advantageous for maintaining accurate patient documentation and accessing medical histories efficiently.

The Nurse Practitioner position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 150,000 to 160,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
