You may also collaborate with other business lines on multidisciplinary projects related to port infrastructure, transportation structures, and environmental initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and author technical reports and calculation packages for a variety of projects, including hydraulic studies and analyses, energy production simulations, transient flow analyses, and dam safety assessments.
  • Carry out feasibility studies, preliminary design, and detailed engineering for hydropower developments and pumped storage facilities (powerhouses, dams, spillways, diversion structures, etc.), as well as, on occasion, other hydraulic infrastructure such as canals and bridges.
  • Perform hydraulic and hydrodynamic numerical modelling, including dam breach analyses using 1D, 2D, and 3D models.

  • Fluency in French, both written and spoken.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 20+ years of relevant professional experience.
  • Experience with Flow-3D and Simsen software.
  • Bilingualism (French and English) to support projects and clients across Canada and internationally.
  • Valid driver’s licence.
