Roy Christian Church is seeking a Pastoral Resident to join their team. This opportunity is designed for emerging leaders who are passionate about ministry and eager to grow in pastoral leadership within a local church context.
Located in Roy, Utah, the church is committed to "leading people to life-changing connections with Jesus, His family, and the world," with a strong emphasis on relational ministry, community engagement, and spiritual growth. The residency provides hands-on ministry experience, leadership development, and mentorship in a collaborative church environment. Residents will engage in various aspects of church life like discipleship, teaching, and community building while developing practical skills for long-term ministry impact.
This role is ideal for a young leader who desires to grow spiritually, gain real-world ministry experience, and contribute to a church focused on connection, growth, and outreach.
