Job Summary:
Georgia IT, Inc. is seeking an Agile Coach / Project Manager to enhance their agile practices. The role involves leading and mentoring teams in agile methodologies, managing project execution, and utilizing tools like Jira for effective reporting and administration.
Responsibilities:
• Expert in Jira configuration, administration, and agile reporting
• Certified Scrum Master and/or Certified Scrum Master in scaled Agile framework (e.g., SAFE) and 5+ years of Scrum Master experience
• Advanced knowledge of agile theory, and methodology- including scaling techniques, rules, and practices, estimating/sizing, planning, forecasting, reporting, conflict resolution, and facilitation
• Ability to establish goals and objectives that support delivery execution for multiple teams, contribute to the direction of the function, and provide advice to the team and delivery leadership
• Ability to lead, plan, execute, and evaluate committed work activities to ensure the completion of initiatives
• Skill in mentoring, performance management, and, using analytical software tools, data analysis methods, and reporting techniques
• Proficiency in using computer applications including MS Office and industry-standard Agile tools such as Jira and Confluence
• Knowledge of current and emerging competitors and market trends
