  Position Summary:   The Business Planning Analytics and Insights Analyst partners with leaders across Operations, Finance, Marketing, Sales, Insurance, and other business functions to provide analytical support that drives strategic and operational decision-making. This role is responsible for evaluating business performance, identifying opportunities, supporting planning activities, and delivering actionable insights that help improve organizational outcomes. As a versatile member of the Business Insights and Data Analytics team, the Business Insights Analyst works across a broad range of initiatives including business analysis, forecasting, performance management, reporting, process improvement, and special projects, helping stakeholders make data-informed decisions that support growth, efficiency, and exceptional patient care.    ***This position is not eligible for employment visa sponsorship now or in the future

Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis without the need for current or future employer sponsorship      Responsibilities Business Analysis & Decision Support - Analyze business, financial, and operational data to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and key drivers. - Deliver actionable insights and recommendations that support strategic and operational decision-making. - Conduct business case analyses, opportunity assessments, and root cause investigations to evaluate performance and inform decision-making.

- Support stakeholders in evaluating the effectiveness and impact of key business initiatives. Business Planning & Performance Management - Support forecasting, budgeting, business planning, and performance management activities. - Assist in developing analytical frameworks and performance measures that support organizational objectives.

- Monitor and evaluate results to identify opportunities for growth, efficiency, and operational improvement. Reporting & Insights - Develop, maintain, and enhance dashboards, scorecards, and visualizations that support business objectives. - Translate complex data into meaningful insights for technical and non-technical audiences.

- Support recurring and ad hoc analytical requests across multiple business functions. Cross-Functional Partnership - Partner with Operations, Finance, Marketing, Sales, Insurance, and other business functions to understand business needs and provide analytical support. - Collaborate with stakeholders to define needs, solve business challenges, and support strategic initiatives.

- Present findings, recommendations, and business insights to stakeholders and leadership. Process Improvement & Data Stewardship - Identify opportunities to improve business processes, reporting capabilities, and data quality. - Support data governance efforts through the development and maintenance of business definitions, reporting standards, and analytical methodologies.

- Contribute to initiatives that improve the accessibility, consistency, and reliability of business information. Additional Responsibilities - Contribute to departmental projects and support team members on shared priorities and strategic initiatives. - Assist in evaluating and implementing new reporting tools, analytical capabilities, and process improvements.

- Support knowledge sharing and adoption of the best analytical practices within the team. - Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.QualificationsRequired: - Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field. - 3-7 years of experience in analytics, BI, finance, forecasting, reporting, or related analytical functions

- Proven experience developing reports, dashboards, and business analyses that drive decision-making. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. - Strong attention to detail and commitment to data quality. Preferred: - Experience with business intelligence and visualization tools such as PBI, Looker, Tableau, or similar platforms.

- Experience supporting forecasting, budgeting, financial analysis, or operational performance management. - Familiarity with SQL, relational databases, or data warehouse environments. - Exposure to statistical analysis, predictive modeling, or advanced analytical techniques.

- Healthcare, retail, or multi-location operations experience. The successful candidate will be: - Curious and analytical, with a desire to understand business performance and identify opportunities for improvement. - Comfortable working across multiple business disciplines, including reporting, performance management, forecasting, and strategic initiatives.

- Able to translate complex information into clear insights and recommendations. - Effective at building relationships and partnering with stakeholders at various levels of the organization. - Organized, adaptable, and capable of balancing multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.

  Target Salary: 90k - 115k (DOE) plus Bonus Work Location:  Hybrid schedule in Somerset, NJ - Must currently reside within commuting distance.   ***Employment eligibility requires authorization to work in the United States without the need for employer-sponsored visa sponsorship, either currently or in the future.
