Where You'll Make a Difference

  • Partner with business leaders to develop and execute people strategies aligned with organizational priorities and long-term growth objectives.
  • Build trusted relationships with leaders, providing strategic guidance on talent, organization effectiveness, workforce planning, and employee relations.
  • Lead and support the recruitment, selection, onboarding, development, and retention of employees across the site.
  • Provide HR expertise across multiple functional areas, including talent management, compensation, benefits, employee relations, workforce planning, and organizational development.
  • Ensure effective implementation and adaptation of company policies, programs, and processes while maintaining compliance with local regulations and business requirements.
  • Counsel and coach managers on employee relations matters, performance management, talent development, and organizational challenges.
  • Partner with Centers of Expertise to deliver aligned and impactful people solutions that support business objectives.
  • Support local administration of hiring, compensation, benefits, training, health, safety, and security programs.
  • Participate in labor relations activities, support negotiations as needed, and assist in the administration of collective bargaining agreements where applicable.

What Makes You the Right Fit

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Development, or a related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 10+ years of professional experience, including at least 7 years in broad-based HR Business Partner, HR Generalist, or Human Resources Management roles.
  • Experience supporting employee populations of approximately 200-700 employees in manufacturing, operations, corporate, or similarly complex environments.
  • Demonstrated experience across multiple HR disciplines, including employee relations, talent management, compensation, benefits, and organizational development.
  • Experience supporting leaders within complex, global organizations.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate with leaders and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to align people strategies with business objectives.
  • Analytical mindset with experience interpreting data, identifying trends, and making strategic recommendations.
  • Outstanding communication, relationship-building, coaching, and consulting skills.

  • Master of Business Administration degree or professional certifications such as Society for Human Resource Management Certified Professional, Society for Human Resource Management Senior Certified Professional, Professional in Human Resources, or Senior Professional in Human Resources.
