  • Branch Risk Management: Partner with Supervisors, Project Managers, and Sales to assess and mitigate technical, schedule, and contractual risks across the branch project portfolio.
  • Mastery & Growth: Demonstrate total mastery of ALC products, system architectures, and ASHRAE guidelines. Apply this expertise to ensure safe, high‑performance system delivery across diverse customer environments.
  • Travel & Flexibility: Travel as needed to support dynamic field demands. You remain adaptable to changing schedules and priorities, recognizing that field execution directly impacts the company’s reputation and retention.
Basic Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • 6+ years of hands‑on experience in the Building Automation or HVAC Controls industry.
  • Hold a valid, current Driver’s License and be insurable by the company’s insurance carrier.
  • Lift items up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks such as squat and climb for extended periods.
  • Capable of working over 8 feet above grade and proficient in the use of ladders and motorized lift equipment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Degree or Technical Certificate in HVAC, Controls, or a related field.
  • Act as a technical authority and mentor to junior/mid‑level engineers while driving continuous process improvements and high‑performance standards.
  • Lead the full turnkey delivery, commissioning, and expert‑level troubleshooting of advanced DDC and integrated building automation platforms.
  • Demonstrate expert‑level proficiency in secure TCP/IP networking and the seamless integration of diverse, broad‑scale building technologies.
  • Serve as the primary senior contact for escalated issues and high‑stakes technical discussions, providing tailored solutions and advanced end‑user training.
