MDM professionals establish data governance policies, standardize data processes, and integrate information from multiple sources to create a single source of truth. Their role often includes data quality management, deduplication, and compliance with regulatory standards. By maintaining clean and reliable master data, they help organizations make informed business decisions and improve operational efficiency.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive in master data management, and why are they important?
