  • Map current-state vs. future-state data flows and identify gaps, inefficiencies, and risks
  • Translate business requirements into functional specifications for MDM solutions
  • Support definition and enforcement of data governance policies, standards, and business rules
  • Collaborate with business data owners and data stewards to establish data ownership and accountability
  • Define and monitor data quality rules, KPIs, and exception handling processes
  • Assist with initiatives such as deduplication, golden record management, and data standardization
  • Work with cross-functional teams (Finance, Sales, Operations, IT) to align on master data requirements
  • Facilitate workshops and working sessions to define data standards and business rules
  • Act as liaison between business users and technical teams (MDM platform, integration, BI)
  • Support implementation and enhancement of MDM tools (e.g., workflows, approvals, data models)
  • Participate in system integration discussions involving MDM and downstream systems (ERP, CRM, DW)
  • Assist in testing (UAT), validation, and deployment of MDM-related changes
  • Document MDM processes, workflows, and data lifecycle
  • Develop reports and dashboards to monitor data quality and MDM adoption
  • Identify opportunities to expand MDM capabilities to new data domains
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance data accuracy, consistency, and usability

What we are looking for
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Information System, Data Analytics, or related field
  • 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in data, analytic, or MDM Initiatives
  • Strong understanding of Master Data Management concepts, including Data Governance, Data Stewardship, Golden Record Management, and Data Quality Frameworks
  • Experience with MD Platforms (e.g., Profisee or similar) and integration tools
  • Knowledge of data modeling, SQL, and data integration concepts
  • Familiarity with tools like PowerBI or other reporting platforms
  • Understanding of workflows, approvals, and data lifecycle processes
  • Azure Data Factory, Data Lake Storage, Databricks, and Logic Apps preferred
  • Microsoft Fabric (Lakehouse, Data Pipelines, Warehouse, and Semantic Models) preferred
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills with the ability to navigate complex enterprise data landscapes.
  • Self-driven professional with excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across technical and business teams.
  • Comfortable working in high-priority, time-sensitive environments with on-call support responsibilities
  • Up to 25% travel based on project requirements
