We are looking for a Senior Developer to join a collaborative, cross-functional Agile team to support application development, modernization, and complex data migration initiatives.

Position Details

  • Location: Hartford, CT (Must be local or willing to commute/relocate)
  • Work Arrangement: Hybrid (On-site 1 day per week)
  • Interview Process: In-Person or Remote Options Available
  • Shift: Standard EST Business Hours

Core Responsibilities

  • Software Engineering: Design, refactor, and build components using ASP.NET MVC, Entity Framework, and Power Apps.
  • Data Migration & Validation: Develop and run automated SQL validation scripts to ensure data accuracy across legacy and modern systems.
  • Requirements & Mapping: Translate business needs into user stories, create legacy-to-modern data and interface mappings, and maintain product backlogs in Azure DevOps.
  • Cloud & DevOps: Work within Azure SQL, App Services, and continuous delivery pipelines (CI/CD).
