Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Informatica IDMC MDM SaaS Architect / Tech Lead with deep expertise in Customer 360, Reference 360, and Multidomain 360. The ideal candidate will design scalable master data solutions, implement data governance frameworks, and ensure high data quality across enterprise systems. This role requires strong technical proficiency, problem solving skills, and the ability to collaborate with business and technology teams.
Key Responsibilities
• Design and implement end to end IDMC Master Data Management (MDM) solutions using Business 360, Multidomain 360, Customer 360 and Reference 360.
• Integrate and manage reference data sets, hierarchies, crosswalks, and metadata across systems.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver master data solutions aligned with organizational goals.
• Implement and maintain data governance, data quality policies, and compliance frameworks across MDM modules.
• Configure and optimize Reference 360, including code lists, value mappings, hierarchies, match & merge, and survivorship rules.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to IDMC MDM components, integrations, and task flows.
• Stay updated on the latest IDMC capabilities, best practices, and features to continuously enhance solution design.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, user training materials, and provide support to both technical and business teams.
Required Skills & Experience
• 8+ years of exp in IT
• 5+ years in Master Data Management
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with IDMC MDM SaaS implementations.
• Knowledge in CDI, CAI, and CDQ components within IDMC.
• Deep expertise with Multidomain 360, Customer 360, and Reference 360, including data modelling, governance, survivorship, and integration.
• Proficiency in ETL development, data modelling techniques, and advanced SQL.
• Experience working with REST SaaS APIs, Business Events / Publish Events, DQ rules, Ingress/Egress task flows, and XQuery scripting.
• Practical experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Strong proficiency with REST APIs, JSON, and ingestion pipelines.
• Familiarity with data warehousing, MDM best practices, and enterprise data standards.
• Excellent communication skills, with proven ability to work with stakeholders across business and technology teams.
Preferred Qualifications
• Informatica certifications such as IDMC, MDM, or IICS.
