Title: Informatica MDM Architect

Location: Iselin NJ (Hybrid role) Local candidates preferred

Role Overview
The Informatica MDM Architect designs, implements, and optimizes Master Data Management (MDM) solutions using Informatica MDM tools. This role ensures data quality, integration, and governance across the organization, aligning technical solutions with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Architect and design end-to-end Informatica MDM solutions, including customer, broker, and other master data domains.
  • Lead implementation of MDM projects, covering real-time and batch integration, hierarchy management, and data quality
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical designs and ensure solutions meet business needs
  • Configure and administer Informatica MDM software and integration with AWS and Databricks and plan for capacity.
  • Develop and enforce data standards, models, and governance policies for master data
  • Mentor and guide technical teams, review deliverables, and ensure compliance with architecture best practices
  • Troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and recommend remediation strategies
  • Document architecture, prepare estimates, and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences

Required Skills & Experience

  • 15+ years in data architecture, MDM, and Informatica MDM tools (IDMC,MRM, IDD, Hierarchy Manager, Business Process Management)
  • Expertise in data modeling, ETL, SQL, and data quality tools and cloud-based data warehouses like Databricks on AWS
  • Strong understanding of data integration, master data management, and project lifecycle
  • Exceptional business acumen paired with expert technical knowledge to solve complex data and modeling challenges
  • Industry experience in P&C Insurance is a huge plus.
