Job description

CTG is seeking to fill an SAP Vistex Consultant - S/4HANA & SD position for our client.
Location: Rochester, MN
Duration: 12 months
Duties:
  • Design, configure, and implement Vistex solutions within SAP ECC and S/4HANA environments.
  • Configure customer rebates, billbacks, deals, Trade Promotion Management (TPM), incentive programs, accruals, and claims.
  • Integrate Vistex programs with SAP SD pricing and FI postings.
  • Design and configure SAP pricing procedures for order-related promotions.
  • Define master data dependencies for pricing agreements and program eligibility.
  • Support Vistex upgrades and S/4HANA migration readiness activities.
  • Gather business requirements and translate them into effective SAP Vistex and SD solutions.
  • Develop functional designs and configuration documentation.
  • Support system integration testing, user acceptance testing, deployment, and post-go-live hypercare.
  • Troubleshoot functional issues and collaborate with cross-functional SAP teams to resolve problems.

Skills:
  • Strong SAP Vistex configuration and implementation experience.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and Sales & Distribution (SD).
  • Experience with rebates, billbacks, deals, TPM, incentives, accruals, and claims.
  • Experience integrating Vistex with SAP SD pricing and FI.
  • Strong understanding of SAP pricing procedures and promotional processes.
  • Experience with Vistex master data, pricing agreements, and program eligibility.
  • Experience supporting Vistex upgrades and S/4HANA migration activities.
  • Strong functional design, documentation, testing, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Automotive industry experience preferred.

Experience:
  • 7+ years of experience with SAP SD and/or Vistex, including significant Vistex configuration experience.
  • Demonstrated experience implementing Vistex solutions in SAP ECC and S/4HANA environments.
  • Experience with end-to-end SAP Vistex implementations, including requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, deployment, and hypercare.
  • Experience supporting S/4HANA implementations, upgrades, or migration readiness.
  • Experience developing functional specifications and supporting integration and user acceptance testing.
  • Automotive industry experience is highly desirable.

Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
  • Equivalent education and professional experience may be considered.
  • SAP or Vistex certification is a plus.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $65.00 to $70.00/hour. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. In addition to salary, a competitive benefit package is also offered.
