Role: Master Data Analyst
Location: : Scarborough, Maine 
Duration: 12 Months

- 100% Onsite role.
Skills Looking For:

  • Data Management experience; SAP experience
  • Creating new parts in SAP (Part number creation)
  • Maintaining safety documents and managing changes of those documents when needed.
  • Updating Scrap factors in SAP.
  • Excel Maintenance - Maintaining Supplier List (Adding, Removing, Updating, and Maintaining the list).
  • Managing BOM changes.
  • Part deletion (any part that is going through the end of life or getting obsoleted)
  • New Supplier setups (setting up the terms and verifying critical data, critical fields, verifying the forms)
  • This person needs to maintain an overall 1100 material parts as of now and this list keeps fluctuating.
  • Develop SOPs.
  • Strong Excel skills.
  • Good Communication skills and collaborative person.
  • This person will work cross-functionally with other departments to get data and put them into master data.

Education and Experience:

  • Associates degree with 8 years of experience.
  • Flexible on master data management experience (4 to 6 yrs) with candidates who are having Supplier Chain background. As in if they have mixed experience in this background only.
