Scrum Master Juno Beach, FL (Onsite ) USC/GC/EAD Contract: 1 year+ with potential conversion We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to support our Bill Compare workstream within the XD CIS to SAP system migration program. In this role, you will facilitate agile ceremonies, remove impediments, and ensure the team maintains focus on delivering accurate, high-quality bill comparison outcomes across legacy and new billing environments. You will work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and QA resources to coordinate testing cycles, track defects, and drive sprint-level progress toward key migration milestones. The ideal candidate brings a strong understanding of agile frameworks alongside familiarity with billing systems, data validation, or utility industry processes. You will serve as a collaborative bridge between the Bill Compare team and cross-functional partners, ensuring transparency, alignment, and timely resolution of issues. Experience working in complex, multi-workstream program environments is strongly preferred Key Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate all Agile ceremonies including Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives
  • Act as a servant leader to the team, ensuring adherence to Agile/Scrum best practices
  • Identify, track, and remove impediments that may impact sprint delivery
  • Drive team focus toward delivering accurate bill comparison results across legacy and SAP billing systems
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, QA teams, and product owners
  • Coordinate and manage testing cycles, including SIT/UAT phases
  • Track, manage, and escalate defects, risks, and dependencies
  • Monitor sprint progress and ensure alignment with program milestones and deliverables
  • Maintain transparency through regular status reporting and dashboards
  • Act as a liaison between the Bill Compare team and other workstreams within the migration program
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives within the Agile framework
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environments
  • Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe)
  • Proven experience in large-scale system migration or transformation programs
  • Experience in defect tracking, test coordination, and release management
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-workstream environment
