Job Summary:
Suncap Technology is seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Data & Product Analyst. In this role, you will partner closely with product managers and business stakeholders to transform complex datasets into actionable insights that support strategic business and product decisions.
Responsibilities:
• Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and business opportunities within mortgage and product domains
• Develop dashboards, KPIs, scorecards, and analytical reports to support business and product decision-making
• Write and optimize advanced SQL queries, stored procedures, functions, and validation scripts across enterprise data platforms
• Partner with cross-functional teams to support product analytics, ETL validation, master data management, and governance initiatives
• Present data-driven insights and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Qualifications:
Required:
• +8 Years of experience with SQL and relational databases such as SQL Server, Sybase, MySQL, or Snowflake
• +8 years of experience working with Master Data Management (MDM), ETL/ELT workflows, and enterprise data governance practices. Support implementation and maintenance of MDM frameworks.
• Knowledge of mortgage business processes and understanding of how data supports operational and strategic outcomes
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to translate business needs into data solutions
• Experience collaborating across product, engineering, architecture, QA, and business teams in agile or fast-paced environments
• Develop meaningful KPIs, dashboards, scorecards, and analytical reports for business and product teams.
Preferred:
• Experience with Snowflake and modern cloud-based data platforms
• Familiarity with Informatica, Talend, or similar ETL and data integration tools
• Exposure to A/B testing, experimentation frameworks, and customer behavior analytics
