MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Facility Master Planner to join our team in Oahu, HI

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Coordinates and monitors the development of site plans and infrastructure documentation for building systems.

  • Prepare planning artifacts, maintain accurate spatial records, and verify that all proposed upgrades meet established SOPs and safety requirements.

  • Assist in tracking facility capacity metrics and ensure that master plan updates are processed according to organizational timelines.

  • Drafts and maintains RMI-related master planning documentation for special operations infrastructure in the Indo-Pacific.

  • Prepare site survey artifacts for senior-level review and monitor the status of ongoing planning actions at regional mission-support sites.

  • Assist in identifying infrastructure gaps and recommend priority site improvements to sustain theater readiness.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Urban Planning, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.

  • 3+ years of position-relevant experience.

  • Demonstrated ability to draft technical planning documentation and follow established SOPs.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of position-relevant experience.

  • LEED Green Associate or related certification.

  • Experience using Geographic Information Systems (GIS) and automated asset management tools.

Clearance Requirements:

  • Must hold an active Secret clearance

Physical Requirements:

  • The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.

  • Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.


The projected compensation range for this position is $63,800.00-$105,400.00. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.  In addition, MANTECH invests in its employees beyond just compensation.  MANTECH's benefits offerings include, dependent upon position, Health Insurance, Life Insurance, Paid Time Off, Holiday Pay, short-term and long-term Disability, Retirement and Savings, Learning and Development opportunities, wellness programs as well as other optional benefit elections.
