Job Description:

About the Role:

We are seeking a Customer and Pricing Master Data Specialist, supporting the daily operation of data management activities. This role supports Customer and Pricing Master Data procedures, group mailboxes and shared sites, business data definitions and dictionaries, data validation rules and standards, applicable projects, and service level agreements within the Master Data governance mode.

You'll add value to this role by performing various functions including, but not limited to:

  • Implement, maintain, and enforce Customer Master Data and Pricing standards across SAP and legacy systems.
  • Review and monitor data to ensure accuracy, completeness, consistency, and compliance with established business rules.
  • Provide EDI Master Data setup and support, including oversight of Customer Material Info Records, material substitution records, DUNS tables, and related workflow requirements.
  • Identify, research, and analyze data anomalies to determine root causes and recommend corrective actions.
  • Develop, maintain, and monitor dashboards, reports, and metrics to track data quality trends, initiatives, and outcomes.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of issues and requests.
  • Collaborate with Finance, Sales, Customer Service, and other business partners to address Master Data concerns and improve data management processes.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of data standards, procedures, process changes, and updates.

  • This is a full-time, hybrid role based in De Pere, WI operating on first shift.

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience in data management, master data governance, or a similar role is required; experience within the food industry or manufacturing sector is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment are required.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally, are required.
  • Flexibility to navigate in a cross-functional work environment is required.
  • The ability to work independently while demonstrating initiative and sound judgment is required.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on data accuracy are required., Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
