Day-to-Day as Wealth Advisor Associate:

  • Work with a high-performing & growth-orientated team of advisors who are incentivized to develop your career
  • Provide technical financial support to clients
  • Create and deliver client presentations
  • Participate in client meetings: Conduct data gathering, case design, and scenario building
  • Manage ongoing client service, create sales presentations, and manage the process of onboarding new clients
  • Speak your mind, have your voice heard, innovate, and streamline existing processes
  • Grow yourself personally and professionally with the support of your team and upper management with the goal of advancing into a Senior Wealth Advisor Associate and then a Wealth Advisor role after succeeding in the supporting Associate position

What You Bring as Wealth Advisor Associate:

  • 1-3 years of proven experience in a financial support role, ideally within wealth management
  • Desire to achieve the Certified Financial Planner or Chartered Financial Analyst designation
  • Excellent attention to detail, multi-tasking, and time management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills required.
  • Strong knowledge base across investments, economics, accounting, and financial planning
  • Proficient with the full MS Office Suite; ability to create complex and impactful presentations/analysis
  • Familiar with Schwab Advisor Center, Fidelity Wealthscape, Salesforce, MoneyGuide, E-Money, Tamarac AdvisorView, Holistiplan, and Hidden Levers
  • Outstanding ability to communicate, present, and influence your team and clients
  • Must have Series 65 OR pass Series 65 exam within 90 days of employment and achieve the AWMA and AAMS designations within 9 months of employment
  • A sincere desire to make a difference not only in your client's lives but in the world, demonstrated through your own volunteer journey

Job Type: Full-time, salaried non-exempt

Location: This position is based out of our office in Dedham, MA. This is an in-office position.

Salary: $80,000 base, plus annual bonus paid in quarterly increments
