Job description

The Associate Marketing Director, France & Benelux is responsible for leading the development and execution of the regional marketing strategy across both Invisalign and iTero portfolios, driving commercial growth, digital adoption, and customer engagement in alignment with EMEA strategic priorities. 
This role plays a key leadership position in translating global and EMEA marketing strategies into local market action plans, ensuring seamless collaboration between marketing, sales, clinical and commercial excellence teams. It represents the voice of the customer in France and Benelux, ensuring that marketing initiatives deliver tangible clinical and business impact for Orthodontists, GPs, and DSOs.
This position is based in Paris.
1. Regional Strategy and Market Leadership 
  • Lead the marketing strategy and execution for France and Benelux, ensuring full alignment with EMEA strategic pillars 
  • Translate global and regional objectives into market-specific programs that drive adoption, conversion, and retention across both orthodontic and GP channels. 
  • Define and track market performance KPIs, ensuring data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement. 
  • Partner with local commercial leaders to ensure marketing excellence supports business performance and strengthens market leadership. 
2. Customer and Channel Engagement 
  • Develop and implement integrated professional marketing programs that enable customers to grow their digital practices and enhance clinical confidence. 
  • Support customer engagement through tailored educational initiatives, content, and campaigns in collaboration with Education, Clinical, and Commercial teams. 
  • Ensure both Invisalign and iTero are represented through cohesive, customer-centric storytelling and omnichannel experiences. 
  • Partner with local KOLs and societies to build thought leadership and reinforce Align's reputation for clinical innovation. 
3. Campaigns, Communication, and Digital Activation 
  • Lead the planning and execution of national marketing campaigns, leveraging digital tools, automation, and analytics to maximize reach and ROI. 
  • Work closely with Marketing Operations and EMEA Digital Teams to deliver scalable, efficient marketing activations across online and offline channels. 
  • Ensure consistent alignment with the Align Digital Platform narrative and enhance adoption through data-driven engagement strategies. 
4. Collaboration and Cross-Functional Leadership 
  • Act as the strategic partner to the France and Benelux Country Managers, ensuring marketing priorities fully support commercial objectives. 
  • Collaborate with EMEA Channel Leads (Ortho, GP/Lab, DSO, Consumer) to localize initiatives and ensure optimal adoption of regional programs. 
  • Engage with Clinical, Education, and Professional Marketing teams to integrate clinical credibility into all marketing efforts. 
  • Foster collaboration across Commercial Excellence, Finance, and Operations to optimize resource allocation and ensure executional excellence.

  • Marketing Operations & Commercial Excellence - for execution, reporting, and performance optimization. 
 
  • 10+ years o f proven experience in healthcare, medtech, or dental marketing, ideally in a regional or multi-market role. 
  • Strong strategic mindset with hands-on execution ability. 
  • Demonstrated success in digital marketing, professional engagement, and commercialization of innovative technologies. 
  • Strong analytical and project management skills; ability to interpret data and translate insights into actions. 
  • Excellent collaboration, communication, and stakeholder management in a matrix environment. 
  • Fluent in English and French (Dutch is an advantage). 
  • Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or Life Sciences; MBA preferred.
