Our team leads last-mile strategy to enhance customer experience, operational efficiency, and cost performance across Walmart’s delivery network. We specialize in optimizing catchment areas, sourcing, depot operations, and delivery capabilities to provide faster, reliable, and cost-effective fulfillment solutions. By leveraging advanced data science, machine learning, and data visualization techniques, the team drives actionable insights that improve service quality and operational outcomes.
