Job description

LHH Recruitment Solutions is searching for a customer-oriented candidate for a contract-to-hire Patient Registrar opportunity working with a successful healthcare company located in Bedford, IN! Day-to-Day Duties
  • Confirming demographic, financial, and miscellaneous clinical information with patients upon their arrival for an appointment or procedure.
  • Maintaining professionalism while greeting patients and providing great customer service at all times.
  • Facilitating copay collection conversations with patients and ensuring all questions are answered.
  • Managing patient flow from the point of entry to destination.
What You'll Need To Be Successful
  • Some office, food service, or retail experience required.
  • Ability to communicate proactively and effectively required.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment required.
  • Ability to go above and beyond with your customer service skills required!
Work Hours: 5:00 PM to 10:30 PM availability Tues-Thurs & 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM Fri (20 hrs/wk after training) Job Type: Contract-to-hire
