Requirements

Juris Doctorate (J.D.) from an accredited law school or be in the process of obtaining one immediately upon employment

Admission to the Florida Bar or eligibility to sit for the bar exam as soon as possible

Ranked in the top 25% of law school class

Minimum of 3 years legal experience

Strong analytical skills with attention to detail

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong passion for Mass Torts litigation


Preferred Qualifications:

Ranked in the top 10% of law school class

Participation in mock trial, moot court and/or law review

Judicial clerkship or litigation internship experience

Prior Mass Tort experience 


Job Duties:

Conduct legal research on mass tort issues, including case law and applicable statutes

Draft and file pleadings including, motions, complaints and other documents in an accurate and timely manner

Assist with the management of multiple mass tort cases, including tracking deadlines, filing documents, and coordinating with clients and experts

Develop case strategy and assist in building compelling case narratives

Handle client communications and build good rapport with our clients

Assist with the litigation process, including preparation for depositions, hearings, and aiding with trial preparation

Coordinating with our expert team of paralegals, litigation assistants and attorneys
