Job Overview

The Opportunity You will serve as a high-level production leader, driving the successful execution of large-scale masonry projects for premier national brands. This role grants you the autonomy to run your own crew while providing a clear career path toward a Superintendent position. You will make a tangible impact by managing fast-paced, high-profile jobsites where your accountability and technical expertise are directly rewarded.

How You Will Make an Impact

  • Direct and motivate field crews of 8–20+ personnel to ensure aggressive production schedules are met.

  • Execute precise jobsite layouts and interpret complex blueprints to maintain strict quality standards.

  • Coordinate daily operations and sequencing with project superintendents to prevent logistical delays.

  • Maintain a safe and organized work environment in strict accordance with OSHA 10 and company protocols.

  • Oversee and coordinate highly motivated subcontracted crews, ensuring they are properly staged, supplied, and positioned to maintain maximum production and meet aggressive schedules.

  • Document daily progress and production goals to ensure project transparency and accountability via various software platforms

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum of 5 years of related masonry experience with a proven track record in leadership.

  • Absolute willingness to travel 100% of the time across the Southeast and Texas.

  • Demonstrated ability to perform complex layouts and read detailed project documents independently.

  • Strong communication skills and the physical stamina to work long hours in a demanding environment.

  • Proven experience holding crews accountable to high-level production and quality benchmarks.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience

  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish to effectively manage diverse field teams.

  • Previous experience leading masonry crews specifically on Costco or similar big-box retail projects.

  • Ability to navigate Procore and other construction related software

  • High School Diploma or GED.
