What are Masonic Homes?

Masonic Homes are residential communities or care facilities established by Masonic organizations to provide housing, healthcare, and support services for Masons, their families, and in some cases, the broader community. These facilities often offer retirement living, assisted living, skilled nursing care, and other services tailored to seniors. Masonic Homes are founded on the principles of charity and brotherhood, aiming to ensure a high quality of life for their residents while upholding Masonic values.

Familiarity with senior care software, electronic health records (EHRs), and compliance training (such as HIPAA) is commonly required. Compassion, teamwork, and effective communication set outstanding employees apart in this environment. These skills ensure residents receive high-quality care and support within a collaborative and compliant workplace.
