Job description

We are looking for a Concrete & Mortar Product Specialist/Installer to join our team. As a Concrete & Mortar Product Specialist/Installer with QUIKRETE®, you will be responsible for supporting customers through expert technical guidance and professional installation of concrete repair and masonry mortar products, helping ensure successful project outcomes.
About the Role
Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to ensure successful project outcomes and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to share field insights and contribute to product and application improvements.
  • Evaluate current installation methods and identify opportunities to improve processes, quality, and consistency.
  • Support and lead hands-on product demonstrations to showcase proper installation techniques and product performance.
  • Diagnose and resolve on-site installation challenges, providing practical and timely solutions to customers and contractors.
  • Deliver engaging training sessions to customers, installers, and internal teams on best practices, product application, and jobsite efficiency.

About You
We Require:
  • Extensive knowledge of concrete and mortar installation techniques.
  • Expertise in troubleshooting, problem-solving, and adjusting to field installation challenges.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to support product demonstrations and customer training.
