Salary/Pay Rate: $28 to $35 per hour plus Year-End Bonus.

Location: Northwest AR.

Job/Employment Type: Full-Time.

Schedule: Monday - Friday.

Project Scope: Commercial Masonry, Concrete, and Coatings.

Mandatory Licenses & Certifications: None Required.


Job Overview

The Opportunity You will join a 52-year legacy of masonry excellence, applying your specialized trade skills to build high-end commercial structures. This role offers you the platform to showcase true craftsmanship while working with modern equipment in a professional, safety-oriented environment. You will be a key driver of project quality, ensuring every build is structurally sound and aesthetically flawless.


How You Will Make an Impact

  • Execute high-quality brick and block installations that are consistently on story, level, plumb, and square.
  • Master precision tools and levels to produce clean, professional masonry work that meets or exceeds project specifications.
  • Anticipate the logistical needs of the crew to maintain an efficient production flow and minimize downtime.
  • Collaborate with the field operations team to navigate complex architectural plans and structural requirements.
  • Maintain a high standard of craftsmanship while working on Hydro-Mobile scaffold systems and diverse commercial job sites.
  • Identify and resolve potential installation issues early to ensure the structural integrity and aesthetic finish of the project.


Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in commercial bricklaying and masonry.
  • Proven technical proficiency with levels and the ability to maintain plumb and level work at high production speeds.
  • Strong understanding of masonry techniques, materials, and onsite logistics.
  • Demonstrated history of reliability, self-motivation, and a commitment to high-quality craftsmanship.


Preferred Qualifications & Experience

  • Direct experience working with and jumping Hydro-Mobile scaffold systems.
  • Familiarity with large-scale commercial masonry production and safety protocols.
  • Ability to mentor junior laborers and support the professional growth of the crew.
