Masking Operator – Temp-to-Hire
Location: Arlington, TX 76011
Pay: $16.00/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday
Job Type: Temp-to-Hire
Regal Staffing Services is currently hiring Masking Operators for a manufacturing company in the Arlington area. This is a great opportunity for individuals who are detail-oriented, dependable, and interested in a long-term manufacturing opportunity.
Job Responsibilities
  • Apply masking materials to parts and components according to specifications.
  • Prepare parts for processing by properly covering designated areas.
  • Carefully inspect parts to ensure masking is accurate and complete.
  • Remove masking materials after processing while preventing damage to parts.
  • Follow detailed work instructions, safety procedures, and quality standards.
  • Handle parts and materials safely throughout the production process.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Meet daily production and quality goals.
  • Work as part of a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Qualifications
  • Previous manufacturing, production, assembly, or masking experience is a plus.
