• Conduct thorough initial assessments and comprehensive evaluations that inform individualized treatment plans for each client.
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions in various settings, including individual, couples, family, and group therapy sessions.
• Utilize a wide array of therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy, customizing approaches to align with specific client needs.
• Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers, ensuring holistic and inclusive care for every client.
• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation in compliance with ethical standards and legal requirements, utilizing electronic medical record (EMR) systems to ensure accuracy and privacy.
• Engage in continuous professional development by attending workshops and training sessions to stay abreast of the latest research in mental health.

Your primary focus will be on a diverse client population ranging from children to adults who are navigating challenges related to trauma, anxiety, depression, substance abuse, familial issues, and more. Understanding the unique background and emotional experiences of each client will be essential in providing tailored therapeutic support that resonates with their individual journeys.

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas.
• A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience providing counseling services, ideally in a clinical or outpatient setting.
• Strong working knowledge of ethical standards and legal regulations in counseling practice.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to foster rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
• Competence in using electronic medical record systems is necessary for efficient documentation and tracking of client progress.

• Specialization in areas such as trauma-informed care, substance abuse counseling, family therapy, or couples counseling is highly desirable, enabling you to address a variety of client needs effectively.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team-based setting, contributing to collective client welfare.
