Job Description
  • 3 to 6 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in Martech or campaign management domains.
  • Familiarity with Naehas or similar Offer Management platforms is a strong plus.
  • Strong understanding of customer segmentation, personalization, and campaign lifecycle. 
  • Experience working with Adobe Experience Platform, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or similar tools.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in Agile environments and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document functional and non-functional requirements.
  • Translate business needs into clear user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
  • Work closely with solution architects and developers to ensure alignment between business goals and technical implementation.
  • Participate in client workshops and support the definition of campaign and offer strategies.
  • Assist in UAT planning and execution, ensuring solutions meet business expectations.
  • Analyze data and campaign performance to provide insights and recommendations.
  • Maintain documentation for business processes, configurations, and platform usage

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is 96366 to 150000
